Our Team

Cheri Bungard serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Weichert Development Co. She is responsible for maximizing the financial performance and value of the company’s portfolio of commercial and residential properties. In addition, Cheri monitors market conditions and trends, develops and implements marketing strategies, and manages the tenant leasing process, among other business endeavors.

Cheri has held various roles with Weichert Cos. since 2016. Most recently, she was President of Weichert Property Management and was instrumental in the company’s successful sale to HomeRiver Group. As Vice President of Operations for HomeRiver Group during the transition phase, she helped merge previous and new procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

Prior to her role with Weichert Property Management, Cheri was Senior Vice President of Weichert New Homes, responsible for the financial performance, growth, and strategic direction of Weichert’s new-home sales and marketing business.

Cheri’s diverse background has provided a solid foundation for a successful career in the real estate industry. Her earlier experience includes sales management and business development roles with FirstService Residential and Pulte Homes, as well as marketing strategy and media relations for several organizations, including minor league baseball and the entertainment industry.

She holds active real estate licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
